Siempre Presentes es el portal de la Comisión Provincial por la Memoria (CPM) que reúne a las víctimas del terrorismo de Estado en la provincia de Buenos Aires, a partir de los datos del RUVTE.
El desafío: transformar una base de datos extensa en una experiencia que honre a cada persona y, al mismo tiempo, deje ver la dimensión colectiva de lo ocurrido.
Diseñamos la identidad del portal y su sistema visual, y la experiencia completa: una home con visualizaciones por año, género y partido; un buscador con mapa interactivo que geolocaliza los hechos; y fichas individuales que distinguen la situación de cada víctima —desaparecida, asesinada, identificada— mediante tramas, íconos y color.

Siempre Presentes (Always Present) is the portal of the Comisión Provincial por la Memoria (CPM) that brings together the victims of state terrorism in the province of Buenos Aires, Argentina, based on data from the national RUVTE registry.
The challenge: turning a large database into an experience that honors each person while revealing the collective scale of what happened.
We designed the portal's identity and visual system, and the full experience: a homepage with data visualizations by year, gender and district; a search tool with an interactive map that geolocates each case; and individual profiles that distinguish each victim's status —disappeared, murdered, identified— through textures, icons and color.
